At Foot Soother’s we make every effort to ensure that the product we dispatch to you is packed well and is advertised on our site exactly as it is sold to you.  It is important to us that you are happy with your item(s) however if you do wish to return any of your order then please feel free to request a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from us by filling out the form at the following link:

Please note that there are a few exceptions outlined in Our Policy details.

 

Once we have received all the above details you shall receive an email response within 24 hours in order to process the refund providing you have qualified for this. If an order has been deemed as unreturnable which are outlined in our policy terms and conditions will be given written notice as to why.

 

 

 

Our Policy

 

We request that all returns are processed after 30 days of receiving your purchase to qualify for a full refund so please check your item(s) carefully on arrival to avoid disappointment.

 

For a full refund if not faulty, the item(s) must not have been found to be used and are in a re-sellable condition with their original packaging.

 

Items that are the wrong size can be replace for the correct size and are returnable free of charge providing they are in the original packaging and have found to be not used or damaged.

 

For Faulty or damaged items in transit a full return will be made following completion of the customer returns form an on receipt of the item(s) to ourselves.

 

To cancel an order you are able to process this up to 7 days of receiving your order. However your right to do this will be voided if the item(s) are found on return to be used, damaged an not returned in their original packaging.

 

For all refund payments the credit adjustment will be made to the credit or debit card or instant online payment method of which you used to process your order. If you cancel after the 7 day period then you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

 

 

We Endeavour to fully process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.

Returns Process

 

As outlined in our returns policy here at Foot Soother’s we aim to complete the whole process within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) .

 

By filling out the returns form you will receive a response within 24 hours of sending it via email along with you RMA number to process this.  In the unlikely event a return is deemed to be unacceptable we will email you outlining the reasons as to why this does not meet our policy guidelines.

 

On receipt of receiving a return we will notify you by email to update you on the progress of your return. As outlined in our policy we will refund the total amount owed to you using the original payment method. The length of time it will take to process onto your account will differ and depend upon your own payment provider.
